Michael and his team will do small DIY and painting jobs as well as cutting lawns and tidying gardens.  €15 per hour

For those who find it hard to do the jobs they always did! This new service has a team of people who will do household chores that you find difficult e.g. changing beds, vacuuming stairs, changing curtains… €15 per hour

DIY and Gardening €15 an hour

For those who are isolated the Befriending Service offers an hour of companionship each week.  Cara House always needs people who are caring as befrienders for this service.  An attempt is made to match people with similar interests wherever possible

The Internet room in Cara House is open from 9.30 to 2.30 daily.  This service is offered free.

We can help with CVs, photocopy documents, laminating, enlarging, printing boarding passes etc.

If you have no transport the Cara House car can collect you (within the town boundary) and bring you to classes and interest groups or for lunch.

For those who are housebound, Cara House delivers lunches (within the town boundary) 2 courses for €6
