Here at Cara House we understand the importance of caring for your health and well-being.  We have compiled a list of courses aimed to create and promote your mental and physical health.  We encourage people in the Letterkenny community and surrounding areas to live full and active lives, supported by old friends and new.  It supports the age ranges.  All are welcome to come and join.  For more information on our courses please contact Janet on 07491-23986.
