HELLO, HOW ARE YOU?

On the 15th May we held our annual, Hello, how are you? event.

Hello, How Are You? is a campaign about connecting with those around us and engaging in open conversations about mental health. It’s about asking the question, ‘How Are You?’ with meaning, and really listening to the response.

  • H: Say Hello
  • E: Engage with the person
  • L: Listen to them
  • L: Learn about them and what they might be saying
  • O: Give them time to talk and to explore options

We held a coffee morning and celebrated encouraging social interaction to improve mental health.

If you or someone you know is suffering with their mental health, please do not suffer in silence.
